Shanmuganathan Engineering College

The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Shanmuganathan Engineering College, successfully organized a Mechanical Engineering Association Inauguration and Guest Lecture for all the Mechanical Engineering students.
The programme began with a warm welcome by Prof. S. V. Alagarsamy, Head of the Department. The Chief Guest, Dr. R. Sarala, M.E., Ph.D., Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Alagappa Chettiar Government College of Engineering & Technology, Karaikudi, was introduced by Dr. E. Mohan, Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering.
Dr. R. Sarala delivered an insightful lecture on "Fuel Cell Technology - An Overview," highlighting the fundamentals, types, working principles, applications, and the future potential of fuel cells as a sustainable clean energy solution.
The Office Bearers of the Mechanical Association were introduced by Mr. K. Perumal, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks proposed by Mr. S. Arockia Vincent Sagarayaraj, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering.
