English Language Laboratory
The English Language Laboratory focuses on the language and familiarizes the students with the use of English in everyday situations both in formal and informal contexts. This laboratory is facilitated with computer-assisted multi-media instruction which enables the students to learn independently by sensitizing to the nuances of English speech sounds, word accent, intonation and rhythm. Software in the laboratory helps and trains the students to learn LSRW skills i.e. Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. These four skills play an important part in the acquisition of language and learning.

The vision of the department is to provide the gateway for the first year students to understand the core levels of engineering. The department chisels the aspiring engineers to a skilled professional with social, ethical and moral values.
Mission
To provide a unique learning environment through innovative teaching learning process. To sharpen and modulate the first year students to self-learning and self-discipline by teaching life skills, soft skills, career skills along with the basic of technical knowledge.
