Shanmuganathan Engineering College

Our Shanmuganathan Engineering College successfully conducted a high-impact campus placement drive on March 7, 2026. The event resulted in a significant number of students from the Civil, ECE, and Mechanical Engineering departments securing positions in leading core engineering companies.
The event commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr. M. Anto Alosius, Training and Placement Coordinator. The Presidential Address was delivered by the Principal, Dr. KL. Muthuramu, who highlighted the institution’s unwavering commitment to bridging the gap between academic learning and the industrial workforce.

Mr. R. John Britto, Senior Manager, Brakes India Pvt. Ltd. Mr. K. Partheeban, Manager (HR & Admin), SNY Autotech Pvt. Ltd. The recruitment results showcased the high caliber and technical proficiency of the students:
TAKO Mega Construction Pvt. Ltd. recruited 9 students from the Civil Engineering department. DS Connectors and Cables India (P) Ltd. selected 31 students from the ECE department.
Brakes Inda Pvt. Ltd. offered positions to 19 students from the Mechanical Engineering department.
SNY Autotech Pvt. Ltd. made a major impact by recruiting 31 students from ECE and 19 students from the Mechanical Engineering department. The College Correspondent Dr. Pichappa Manikandan, Director of Administration Mr. M. Pichappa, and Secretary Mr. M. Viswanathan expressed their immense pride and congratulated the students on their professional achievements. They noted that these high placement numbers reflect the college's dedication to technical excellence and student success.
