Shanmuganathan Engineering College

The Training and Placement Cell of our Shanmuganathan Engineering College, organized an On-Campus Recruitment Drive in collaboration with JM Frictech India Pvt. Ltd. on 3rd November 2025. The drive aimed to provide final-year students with an opportunity to start their professional careers with a reputed company in the automotive sector.
The program commenced with an Invocation (Prayer Song), followed by a warm Welcome Address delivered by Mrs. R. J. Iswarya, Training and Placement Coordinator.
Our Principal, Dr. KL. Muthuramu, delivered the Presidential Address and Felicitation, motivating students with his encouraging words and emphasizing the importance of professionalism and preparedness.
The Keynote Address was delivered by the esteemed representatives from JM Frictech India Pvt. Ltd.Mr. Dhinakaran, Manager – HRMr. Selvagopal G, Deputy Manager – HR
They shared valuable insights about their company, its work culture, and the recruitment process.
The session concluded with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Mrs. S. Vinotha, Assistant Professor, Department of CSE, expressing gratitude to the management, guests, faculty, and students. The event ended with the National Anthem.
Recruitment Process: The recruitment process consisted of the following rounds: 1. Written Test 2. Personal Interview (Face-to-Face) Students from ECE, EEE, and Mechanical Engineering departments participated enthusiastically in the drive.
